Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the BuddhaCalm™ app (“App”) in connection with the BuddhaCalm
wearable device (“Device”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not
agree, do not use the App or Device.

The BuddhaCalm App enables you to connect with and control your BuddhaCalm wearable device.
It provides access to pre-set and custom vibration treatment modes designed to promote relaxation,
stress reduction, and general wellness.

BuddhaCalm is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You may use the App independently if you are 18 or older. Users under 18 may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and subject to applicable consent requirements.

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to reverse
engineer, modify, or misuse the App or Device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account credentials.

BuddhaCalm provides wellness support but does not replace professional medical advice. Always
consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Stop using the Device immediately if you experience discomfort, pain, or adverse effects.

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by Buddha Health Products Inc. and are
protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without permission.

We use third-party service providers to support the operation of the App. How personal information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App or Device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddha Health Products Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App or Device.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law
principles. International users agree to comply with local laws.
