A phone disconnect does not always mean the device stopped. Move the phone closer, reopen the app, reconnect and let the app read the actual device state before you resume, stop or start another Session.

Access to custom Sessions depends on account permissions and the features enabled in the current app. Contact support to confirm access for a specific account rather than assuming another user’s Sessions are shared.

Custom Session availability and controls depend on the current app release and your plan. Follow the tools and instructions shown in your app; contact support if the feature you need is not available.

Disconnect the charger, position BuddhaCalm on the right inner wrist and connect in the BuddhaCalm app. Open Home, choose an available Session, review its duration and purpose, and tap Start. Begin at the lowest clearly perceptible, comfortable intensity.
